Ticket Refunds and Exchanges

Tickets are valid only for the film, theatre, showtime, and date specified.

We strongly encourage guests to double-check the movie title, showtime, theatre location, and number of tickets before completing a purchase. This information is shown on the final summary page before payment is submitted. Please note that the corporate office is not able to make any changes to an order once it has been placed.

All convenience fees/service fees are non-refundable.

To obtain a refund, please do one of the following:

Purchased from location box office: Refunds can only be provided before the showtime at the location box office in which the tickets were purchased. Unfortunately, refunds cannot be provided after the showtime.

MarcusTheatres.com or Marcus Theatres mobile app: Refunds will only be provided up to 30 minutes before the showtime.

You can request one in any of the following ways:

• From your confirmation email: Click the “Cancel” button at the bottom of the message.
• On our website: Visit https://ticketing.marcustheatres.com/retrieve-booking.
• In the Marcus Theatres app: Tap the profile icon in the lower-right corner of the home screen, select “My Tickets,” then tap “Cancel ticket(s)” at the bottom of your order confirmation.

Unfortunately, refunds cannot be provided after the showtime.

Purchased via Fandango: You can contact Fandango directly at 800-326-3264 or https://support.fandango.com for a refund before the showtime.
